Some maybe wondering what is a child welfare system. This is a group of services that promote the well-being of children through ensuring safety, achieving permanency, and strengthening families to successfully care for their children. Moreover, the law prohibiting punishment in daycare centers and other institutions for kids varies in each state. Although corporal punishment may be acceptable to a certain degree, it is not when it ceases to respect the rights of a child. The kids are the nation's future. As such, parents should exercise their responsibilities well in raising their kids.
