Canada has some problems with regard to its trading sector. Apparently, there is a lack of
male workers. As a result, more and more women are filling in for the vacant positions. Such a scenario is not unusual.
A certain Rick Weber says that there is no need for him to hire employees from the province. He says that it will be more convenient if he considers women for the vacant positions in his company. It seems that Mr. Weber is not the only one who is doing the same thing. One Judylynn Archer is establishing a program that will train women in the field of trade industry. Ms. Archer hopes that around 400 females will be trained for the program that she is building.
Ms. Judylynn Archer agrees with Rick Weber. She believes that the problem of Canada should be answered by looking for solutions inside the country. For her, there is no need to
employ foreigners. The employees for the companies must first come from the province itself. In this way, the varying unemployment rates of Canada's population will be lessened. Thus,
several employment opportunities will be filled up by the locals. She also adds that the women she hopes to train are mostly unemployed too.
