income support rates from the government. When a single mother goes out of the payroll list, naturally she gets her share of the support bundle, if her employer does not cover her leave. If she calls in sick and the occupation test reveals she is not capable of working (perhaps, if pregnant, too), she gets a reduced IS rate. But because the payment for her is comparably low, this ghetto mother would need to go out and request for her Job Seekers Allowance.
